FAQs

Do I need to be a Topps Trade customer to take part?
Yes – the Spin the Spacer Prize Draw is exclusively open to registered Topps Trade account holders.

What is the Spin the Spacer Promotion?
Spin the Spacer is an online prize draw where trade customers are in with the chance to win from thousands of prizes available. Simply make a qualifying purchase, enter the draw, and spin to see if you've won!

How long is the Prize Draw running?
The promotion runs from 20th October 2025 to 1st December 2025. To qualify, you must make a minimum purchase of £100 (inc. VAT) in a single transaction either in-store at participating Topps Tiles locations or online at toppstiles.co.uk/trade.

All entries must be submitted by 23:59 on 5th December 2025 to be eligible.

Can I enter more than once?
Yes! For every £100 (inc. VAT) spent in a single transaction, you’ll receive one entry and be eligible to spin – up to a maximum of 10 entries per transaction.
For example:

  • Spend £300 - 3 entries
  • Spend £1,000+ - 10 entries (maximum per order)
    Don’t forget to enter each time you make a qualifying purchase!

Is there an age requirement to enter?
Yes. All entrants must be 18 years or older and hold a valid Topps Trade account.

When will I find out if I’ve won?
You will be taken to a summary page where you will see the list of prizes you may have won pending validation. You will be contacted via email within 3 working days of entry, once your qualifying purchase has been validated.

What if the reward I win isn’t suitable?
If your reward isn’t suitable for your needs, you can gift it to a family member or friend.

Unfortunately, rewards cannot be exchanged for alternative prizes or cash.

When do I need to use my reward by?

  • For online prizes: After clicking "Reveal" in your reward email, you’ll be shown your reward code and its expiry date. You will have 180 days from the date the email is sent to access your reward.
  • For physical (offline) prizes: You’ll be asked to select a Topps Tiles store for collection – you will need to supply your preferred collection address within 30 days of receiving your prize email or you could forfeit the prize. Please allow 10 days from the date you choose your store before collecting your prize.

I haven’t received my reward email – what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folders, as the email may have been filtered there by mistake. If you still can’t find it, please contact us so we can look into it and ensure you receive your reward.
